The Rich North Sea is conducting research on wildlife development in offshore wind farks. For the purpose of this research, The Rich North Sea is working with covenant partners and other parties. These partners, such as Natuur & Milieu and Stichting De Noordzee, want to contribute to nature enhancement in the North Sea. Together, we develop nature enhancement projects, install artificial reefs and monitor the projects for the purpose of scientific research. The diversity of our group of partners, consisting of offshore wind developers, wildlife organisations, scientific institutes, educational institutions and public authorities, contributes to the success of the programme.

With our covenant partners, we have joined forces to realise our dream of a rich North Sea. At five sites, we are working on nature-enhancing projects in the wind farks, developing methods for future offshore projects or researching the effects of the programme on nature.
